San Tan Tactical’s STT-15 is a 5.56mm NATO AR-15 rifle built around matched, hand-finished billet components. The upper is machined from a single solid 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum block for tight concentric alignment, and the receiver extension face, barrel nut threads, and barrel extension surfaces are machined in one operation to promote consistent barrel assembly alignment. The 16 in 1:7 twist barrel is made from 41V50 vanadium steel and includes a 1/2-28 threaded muzzle for common suppressor and muzzle device setups. Internals are completed with the STT Enhanced AR-15 5.56 BCG featuring black nitride treatment and a staked gas key, plus a CMC 3.5 lb single stage flat bow trigger for a crisp trigger feel.
