For an all around easy...
For an all around easy hunting rifle, it's hard to beat this Savage/Nikon scope package. I replaced the scope rings with my personal choice of rings due to it being a 300 win mag, but in all it's a good rifle and it groups 1 MOA as it should. And for that price, I couldn't pass it up.

Solid rifle, really...
Solid rifle, really great price. I've put almost 40 cartridges through it. Tight groups at 100 yards after 10 shots, now at 200 yards. Bolt action is smooth, consistent action and ejection. Nikon scope works just fine, no issues so far and at this point I don't anticipate any. I've already recommended this package to two friends.
