Received the gun, looked nice, light weight, super satisfied until put a shell casing in the gun and bolt seized up with case in it! Never fired sent back to savage, so waiting to see how this all ends, wish i had just bought from big box store and could have returned it, now gone for a month or two a bouncing around in more trucks, ups! Everything i read about these rifles, people are very satidfied, hopefully i will be too! Thanks for reading.

Had the Savage 116 in 30-06 picked out for a while. Saw some mixed reviews on a facebook sight but decided to "pull the trigger" anyway because I have a few Savages that are great and accurate shooters. Glad I did! Love this rifle.
