I have 3 LRPVs. Worked...
I have 3 LRPVs. Worked up loads for both the 22-250 12 twist and my 223. This 9 twist is not easy to work with. My 70 Gr Bergers group about the best with 31 Grs of Varget. The trouble is if I shoot another bullet say the 69 SMKs they group about 12 inches away from the 70 Bergers, also tried 75 AMaxes and the same result groups way off the target. Not sure what is going on here. I purchased the 9 twist about 4 months ago strictly for long range Prairie Dogs hence the 70 grain bullets. The purchase through Buds was effortless they keep you posted of every move the rifle makes. By the way the 9 twist is shooting about 3/4 MOA right now and only messed around with bullet seating it seems to like .025 off the lands, my next move is to try adjusting the powder. I'm cocussing on Varget, RE-15, and H-414. If you purchase the 9 twist be patient with load work-up.
