Bought 5 weeks ago. My...
Bought 5 weeks ago. My third purchase with Buds. Arrived with a broken screw in the scope front ring. Could not believe when Buds asked me to ship it back for replacement. I paid for lifetime warranty. The rifle was out of stock and was not available in any of the stores. Wanted to buy a spare magazine. Shipping charges were way more $$$ than the price of the magazine. I paid $23.00 plus free shipping in eBay for the magazine. Problem solved. Anyways, I will continue buying from Buds as their prices beat PR gun shops prices most of the time. Back to the Savage 93. Zeroed it today using the 10 yards method. Happy with the gun. Trigger is butter. Best of all the scope is a Weaver 3x9x40 instead of the ugly 4x32 SS in the picture. My next comment is because I see people writing about what can and cannot be shipped to PR without the knowledge. In 2019 a new gun law was approved in Puerto Rico. Any body that has a clean record and meets the requirements qualifies for a conceal carry permit. If the person wants to buy more than the two guns allowed by the law all the person needs to do is join a target shooting club. Joining a target shooting club allows the person to buy up to TEN GUNS AND 20K AMMO ROUNDS PER YEAR. You can buy AR15, AK47, shotguns, a 50 caliber sniper rifle (if you have the money). Automatic guns, noise suppressors and are not allowed. Only gun shops can sell ammo. Have a nice day and enjoy your toys.

This is a lot of rifle...
This is a lot of rifle for the money. A great shooting gun. The bad news. the mags suck. I went on youTube to find out how to fix them with a pair of pliers. Took 5 minutes. Not a big deal. I gave it away and got it's more expensive brother the Savage semi automatic A22 magnum with a thumb hole and put on a nice scope. It ended up costing me 3 times as much. It is now my favorite target rifle Bottom line if you are on a budget and have the patience for a bolt action this is a really good deal.
