This Savage Axis .243...
This Savage Axis .243 has performed very well. I installed a Vortex scope and drives nails at 200 yards. Excellent price in a left hand version.

As Always, good...
As Always, good experience with Buds from buying to delivery. As far as the rifle goes I really like it; super accurate, easy to get into action, and being a lefty its nice not to have to shoot a right handed rifle. The only complaint I have is that with the rifle shouldered it almost impossible to bring the bolt up into the eject mode without either grasping the scope with my non-firing thump or lowering the rifle from my shoulder. However, once the bolt is moved into the eject position it slides and ejects the fired casing very smoothly. I'm hoping this will improve with a few more rounds fired. Overall, I very pleased.
