Fantastic rifle!! No problems with the order process, and shipping went very smoothly! The rifle itself is everything I wanted. It took me awhile to learn how to set the scope up, since it was way out, but after playing with it, I got it right on target. So happy I purchased it!! This is my first...
This is my first Savage product and I am very pleased with it. It is a great hunting style rifle for deer and other big game. The rifle is very accurate and is a fair price for a .308. The Savage does not feel cheap like other rifles in this price range such as the Ruger American. I have been hunting deer for over 30 years and my only regret is that I have not tried a Savage sooner. The Nikon scope is a good very comparable to my Leupold scope and I particularly like the BDC for varies distances. I am now a fan of Savage Arms and plan to buy a Savage in .22 LR for range fun.
