The stock wobbles just...
The stock wobbles just a hair. I saw that on other reviews. Not something I can't live with. It's not something I notice while shooting. The reticle is canted like other reviews say. I bought it with the intention of putting on a different scope, so not much of an issue. Have already done that. Bud's wanted the whole package back if I wasn't satisfied with the scope. Who's to know if the next one and next one aren't canted? Maybe Sig will make good on the scope. The chrome lined barrel and 1:7 twist are what sold me. The tension pin pushing up against the upper is a nice feature. To me, these are features worth a hundred dollars over other entry level AR15's.

Rifle was received in...
Rifle was received in excellent condition except that when I field stripped it found the "firing pin retention pin" in two pieces. Obviously an unusual and random glitch, and not a manufacturing defect. Called Sig Sauer and they immediately sent me two replacement pins, one of which was installed without difficulty. Took the rifle to the range today for the first time. It handles nicely, functions flawlessly, sighted in easily and accurately. The included sight works well, and the reticle was properly aligned (unlike a couple of reviews I've read where it was canted a bit on receipt). The very fine lines on the reticle are a little tough to get used to but once I did, the sight seemed accurate and functional. Don't know yet how well it will hold zero. All in all, this seems to be an excellent rifle, and I am pleased with the purchase.
