The SIG Sauer MCX Patrol LE is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO and built around a reliable gas-piston operating system. Its 16-inch carbon steel barrel uses a 1:7 twist rate, while the bufferless recoil system supports a folding telescopic stock and compact storage. The rifle features an aluminum M-LOK forend, a Picatinny top rail, AR-style controls, and removable folding iron sights. Its modular design can be converted to .300 Blackout with compatible barrels and magazines, or to 7.62x39mm with the appropriate barrel, magazine, and bolt.
