This configuration does not include factory sights and is supplied with a 30-round magazine.

Absolutely great 9mm...
Absolutely great 9mm pistol caliber carbine. You do have to clean the piston frequently and use regular factory loaded 115 grain ammo to ensure trouble free shooting. Buds is also great!!!

Finally able to get...
Finally able to get out to the range with the Gen 2 MPX today. I must say words will not do justice for the experience of shooting this thing. The MPX is by far the top of my list for guns you must shoot before you die. This was so smooth and had such light recoil it was amazing. I fired over 500 rounds of various 9mm loads in 115gr as well as 124gr. Did not experience one failure of any kind. I was using both Gen 1 and Gen 2 mags both worked flawlessly. I have heard reports of failures with Gen 2 guns using Gen 1 mags however, this shooter did not experience any failure with either. I completely understand this is not a cheap gun by any means however, if you do have the cash on hand and your on the fence about buying this please don't hesitate. You will be very happy with another great product from Sig. Big thanks to Bud's for having such a great selection at hard to beat pricing. Also, a side note there is some confusion about Gen 1 and Gen 2 MPX's out there. Gen 2 guns will be with a key mode rail system as well as a coyote tan follower and full feed lips on the Gen 2 Mags. Gen 1 Mags will have a black follower and simi cut feed lips. Both mags will run in either Gen. Sig does recommend Gen 2 guns with Gen 2 mags and Gen 1 guns with Gen 1 mags. As stated before I ran both without any issue using factory ammunition. Hope this review helps anyone confused about that matter.
