I just received this...
I just received this gun yesterday, I think my order got lost in Buds shipping dept but after a few calls I received my order within 2 days. Now about the gun I know full well about the disclaimer regarding the pictures. About it not being an exact description of the item etc. But the written description should also have a disclaimer as well as this gun does NOT come with a quad rail. I know basic patrol models don't have em but the description for this item says otherwise so it's in error. All that aside my 516 comes with standard (old) m4 style hand guards, stock and grips. Also included is one aluminum mag, a gun lock, hex wrenches and manual (btw which was torn up by the gun moving around in the case etc) There is also a quality assurance inspection tag with the his or her name on it and a Sig hard case. Other than my order being nearly a month long (I ordered a Sig 556 as well) Bud's went off without further indecent they were both very nicely packaged and secured for shipping. Have not shot it yet as I said just picked them up yesterday.
