I am very satisfied...
I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Sig 516! This rife shoots flawlessly right out of the box, I took it out to the range right after i picked it up from my local gun shop. It only took nine shots to zero at 25 meters (standard .223 ball 55 grain), and consistently shot very tight groups. I am active duty military so I have been very used to firing and cleaning DI ARs but this piston system is something entirely different that had me a little skeptical at first but upon firing left me very pleased. As for field striping and cleaning it's virtually the same as any other AR however, the rifle remains rather clean due to the piston driven system. If you have the money and are looking for top of the line AR not necessarily at the top of the line price tag I highly recommend this weapon! I will also be buying this little guys big brother the Sig 716 in the very near future. Note: The Magpul stock, 30 round Mag and grip that come with this rife are very nice upgrades to a standard AR carbine. The rifle came with the black flip up sights (I would have preferred it to come with tan to match the rifle), a basic cleaning kit, the rifle its self has the QD sling cups on the upper receiver and came with a duel point QD sling, and a standard gun cable lock.
