Can confirm that despite the q&a saying this weapon is legal to buy in Maryland, this weapon is NOT legal to purchase in Maryland. Unfortunately i can not provide a review on the weapon or its functionality. However, Smith and Wesson has a great reputation and I was excited to own it. Buds was fantastic in shipping this out, as always, and I will now find out how their customer service team is in regards to returns!
