Product Overview
The Spike's Tactical Crusader is a lightweight modern sporting rifle designed for tactical response, training, and competition. Its gas-operated direct impingement action uses a mid-length gas system for smooth cycling, while the 14.5-inch chrome moly vanadium barrel is paired with a pinned and welded Dynacomp II compensator. The 12-inch free-floating M-LOK handguard provides a stable mounting platform for accessories without adding unnecessary bulk. Magpul MBUS sights, a nickel boron-coated bolt carrier group, the Spike's Tactical Battle Trigger, and an ambidextrous safety are included from the factory. The rifle accepts both 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington ammunition and ships without a magazine.

Very nice rifle. Not...
Very nice rifle. Not sure the weight but seems very light. The light weight bolt is very nice and seems to be built very well. Kick ass rifle. I know a lot of people who are into ARs and guns are a little picky/OCD so for those I have to say I have two Spikes and they do have the wobble(Upper lower fit) a lot of people freak about. My Daniel Defense V7 had no wobble and was very hard at first to take the pins out and my Smith M&P 15 has a tighter upper /lower fit then this Crusader. My Spikes Black Assassin is pretty tight but the Crusader is the loosest fit out of the four. Not a big deal at all but like I said some people are pretty picky and might not be happy with the wobble. I try to be honest and think about someone who is going to purchase a nice AR. I like this rifle
