The Springfield Armory M1A Standard Mossy Oak is a civilian semiautomatic rifle based on the proven M14 platform. Chambered in 7.62x51 NATO, it features a 22-inch Parkerized barrel with a 1:11 right-hand twist, a fixed synthetic Mossy Oak stock, and durable military-style controls. The standard military post front sight and enlarged adjustable aperture rear sight provide a familiar sighting system, while the two-stage military trigger supports deliberate, controlled shooting. One 20-round Parkerized magazine is included.

Absolutely Awesome!...
Absolutely Awesome! Bud's was great with shipping. Couldn't be more happy with the rifle. Great price. Showed up no problems all wrapped from manufacturer. Adjusted elevation up about 8 clicks and to the left about 4 from center. Shoots 1.5" groups with 168 HP reloads from the iron sights at 100 yards! Haven't used the scope yet, but I'm sure I can get it down to an inch. This rifle comes equipped with NM front and rear (non-hooded) sights. The rear sight housing is not NM though. Rifle greased up from the factory, went and shot it right out of the box. Magazine well was REALLY tight. Had to insert and remove the mag about 20 times to wear the synthetic stock in enough so I could use the magazine easily. No feeding issues, no anything issues. I don't regret buying this at all.
