The Springfield Armory Model 2020 Waypoint is a precision-oriented bolt action hunting rifle built in the USA. This configuration combines a lightweight carbon fiber stock in Evergreen Camo with a 20-inch carbon fiber-wrapped stainless steel barrel finished in Mil-Spec Green Cerakote. Its dual-lug action runs on EDM-machined raceways, while the optimized extraction cam and dual cocking cams support smooth, reliable operation and easy maintenance. A TriggerTech adjustable trigger provides a crisp release with a pull weight adjustable from 2.5 to 5 pounds. The rifle also includes a two-position manual safety, an SA radial muzzle brake, and a Picatinny rail for mounting an optic.

6mm creedmoor. Gun is an absolute tac driver. 87gr factory vmax loads are producing 1/4" repeated groups. Horamdy match .75" and hornady black shoots one big ragged hole. Bolt seems a touch stiff, but hopefully that will improve with time. Feeding also can be finicky at times. Will need to look into that more.. with the rifle being such a tack driver it negates some of my picky negatives. First night out filling nuisance deer tags and a bonus coyote. Topped with Iray bolt 640 v2 lrf and silencer co scythe. Makes for an awesome compact light night set up.
