I've had a great experience with mine. High quality wood, brass, & blueing on the steel. Very fun times shooting it, & experiencing a little history. A few things for your information. The action was a bit stiff initially, but smoothed out nicely after the first time at the range. Shoots a bit high, but very good groups. I got used to it & learned the holds. Also a lot of tiny screws involved in disassembly. Just part of the design, you got to get used to it. I love it. Definitely a keeper. Looks good on the wall too.

At first sight the rifle seems small and thin. Once you pick it up you'll notice how heavy and well built it is. It shoots like a dream with very little recoil and with surprising accuracy. It looks beautiful in person. As a result, I almost feel bad about shooting it. Almost.
