Great rifle. Very accurate. Action is a little tight to close. Im assuming it will loosen with break in.

Overall, I am happy so far with the Venture. The trigger is decent and easily adjustable. I am surprised with how smooth the bolt is, reminds me of a Weatherby Mark V. Weaver bases installed are a nice touch. I am not a fan of synthetic stocks, but the stock is stiff and does give you a decent grip. I did notice when dry firing testing the trigger out, the bolt is very stiff to lift up. Never had that happen on a rifle before. May be nothing to worry about. The rifle is accurate, bullets holes will touch each other if I do my part. Shots were with Win. 55 grain PSP. My only concern at this point is the polymer type magazine and safety. The magazine just holding up to wear and tear and developing burrs from loading the shells into with use. I guess one can always buy another magazine. The rifle feeds and ejects fine, no hiccups. If it was offered in other calibers I want, I could see myself buying another one so far. Buds service is A1.
