I have not shot this...
I have not shot this exact rifle yet, but have experience with its forerunner - the Tikka T3 Lite Stainless, also in .270 WSM. I like this gun because it shoots fast/flat, and has plenty of power to knock down elk even at 350+ yards. My preferred bullet is the Nosler Accubond in 140gr. I haven't found the recoil to be particularly problematic - though I wouldn't really want to shoot a whole box at the range. In the field, recoil is not an issue. Also, this gun is relatively light, even with a scope mounted, and so is easy to carry around in the mountains all day. Finally, my experience with Bud's was great - I got an immediate price match, and their service is helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them again.
