The Weatherby Mark V Backcountry 2.0 Carbon is a lightweight left-hand bolt-action rifle chambered in .300 Weatherby Mag. It combines the proven steel Mark V action with a tensioned carbon fiber barrel and Peak 44 Blacktooth carbon fiber stock. A 3DHEX recoil pad helps soften magnum recoil, while the fluted bolt body and skeletonized aluminum bolt knob reduce weight and provide smooth operation. The rifle includes a Weatherby Accubrake TI muzzle brake and delivers a 3+1 capacity for demanding hunting applications.
