The Weatherby Vanguard 2 Kryptek Highlander is a dependable bolt-action rifle chambered in .223 Remington. The fully enclosed bolt shroud adds strength and structural integrity, while the traditional side bolt release simplifies operation. A knurled bolt knob, composite stock, 22-inch barrel, and 1:9 twist provide a practical combination for range use, varmint hunting, and general field applications. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting, and the rifle features a three-position manual safety.
