The Weatherby Vanguard Back Country is a lightweight right-hand bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in .300 Win Mag. Its 26-inch fluted hammer-forged barrel is finished in gray Cerakote for added resistance to wear and corrosion, while the black synthetic stock with gray web provides a durable field-ready platform. A three-position safety and two-stage trigger support controlled operation, and the 3+1 internal capacity is suited to big-game hunting. The receiver is configured for scope mounting, and the threaded muzzle accepts compatible muzzle devices or suppressors.

Rifle was received in...
Rifle was received in perfect condition; however after roughly 40 rounds down the bore we could not get the gun to group 3 shots in .99" with premium ammo. We followed the Weatherby break in procedure and the gun was returned to Weatherby. Thanks Buds for your assistance in this matter. More later!
