Received my new...
Received my new Weatherby Vanguard S2 BC 3006 exactly as advertised. Topped it with a new Swarovski Z3 30-10x42 BRH. Took it to the woods to break it in according to Weatherby instructions. Astonished at how accurate it was with absolutely zero adjustments after bore sighting. Was immediately "on paper" and produced 6 sub-MOA 3-shot groups out of the first 10, including a .45 inch 9th group. Trigger is perfection. Pachmayer decelerator pad is a dream. Weight and balance are perfect. Action is smooth. Don't know what a custom rifle maker could do to make it better.
