The Weatherby Vanguard SUB-MOA is a precision-oriented bolt-action rifle chambered in .338 Win Mag. Its 24-inch stainless steel barrel and hand-selected accuracy configuration are backed by a factory guarantee for three-shot groups measuring .99 inch or less at 100 yards when used with specified Weatherby factory or premium ammunition. The black Fiberguard composite stock combines Aramid, fiberglass, and unidirectional graphite fibers with pillar bedding for a stable shooting platform. An adjustable trigger, two-position thumb safety, and Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad provide practical control and improved comfort with this powerful hunting cartridge. The rifle uses a 3+1 internal magazine and is drilled and tapped for scope mounting.
