A: Yes, you can hunt with an AR in California, but you must follow their highly restrictive State regulations specific to ARs. They are too numerous to list, but if you do follow and play by the rules, you can hunt with your trusted AR in the State of California, you wouldn't be able to use the 10rd magazine. A: This is good to go, it has a fixed stock, a fin grip instead of a pistol grip, and a muzzle brake instead of a flash hider, also has a 10rd magazine.
