This rifle in the...
This rifle in the 45/90 caliber is a damn machine. I shoot 45/70's thru it since I reload my own ammunition and cant see any advantage to the longer case. Back in the day of black powder I can see the "express" load but not smokeless. I try to seat the bullet a little taller to try a fill the chamber. But just clean well and throat of chamber/barrel should be OK. Don't want to shoot all day but couldn't afford it anyway! Great Rifle.
