This .30-06 Springfield bolt-action rifle uses a forged steel receiver with a flat bedding profile and front and rear epoxy bedding to help maintain consistent action alignment. Its massive claw extractor controls the cartridge from magazine feed through extraction, while the blade ejector provides controlled case ejection. The free-floating, button-rifled 24-inch barrel supports accuracy and durability, and the M.O.A. Trigger System provides a crisp, adjustable trigger pull. The AAAA Maple stock with Ebony Forearm Tip and high-polished Blue/Black metal finish give this Model 70 an elevated Super Grade presentation.

It is a beautiful...
It is a beautiful rifle; shiny and bright. I own many Winchester Model 70's in 30-06 and 264 Winchester Magnum and this Super grade maple is the standout. I have no plans to shoot ; I display it in my gun cabinet for all to see and behold. The action and finish are super smooth and highly refined It is truly one fine rifle worthy of admiration.

Winchester are among...
Winchester are among my favorites. Pretty rifle but wound up putting synthetic stock on it. I wish they were still made in USA but quality is still there. Harvested a nice Russian Boar last December.
