A: Reggie, I would go with a one piece 30mm mount rather than 2 piece individual rings. I don't see anything I would use in stock at Buds. Any one piece 30mm mount for a Remington 700 (Many out there) would work just fine. A 1 piece mount would secure the scope with less chance of zero change when in transport/shooting and control vibration/shock much better.

A: This is correct Reggie. These bases with rings integral with the base virtually become a part of your Winchester XPR(Slightly Recessed into the receiver). Integrated bases and rings are an excellent way to mount your scope closer to the bore centerline as well. (This adds more MOA to scope adjustments for longer range shooting as well).
