I owned a synthetic...
I owned a synthetic XPR rifle in the past and was impressed with that rifle so I decide to give the "Sporter" version a shot and I was even more impressed. The wood stock is simply beautiful. The grip texturing is very nice and have very little forend flex. The rifle balances perfectly and feels much lighter than the 6.75 lbs you see in the specs. The rifle shoots moa all day long with Hornady American Whitetail and Nosler Ballistic Tip ammo. From my past experience, accuracy will improve after 30-40 rounds once the barrel gets broken in a bit. The trigger is really great with no noticeable creep or overtravel. It breaks cleanly at the 3 lbs or whatever it is set at from the factory. The bolt functions flawlessly with no binding like I have experienced on other rifles (T/C). Overall, this is a great rifle that looks and feels like a much more expensive rifle. My only criticizm is that there are limited options for scope bases. The XPR integrated bases are nice, but don't leave enough adjustment for eye relief is you have a smaller lightweight scope. I am using a Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40. The Warne bases are even worse. The best option in my opinion is the picatinny rail from MCW.
