The Windham Weaponry R20 VEX is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 Remington and built around the AR-15 platform. It combines a 20-inch fluted 416R stainless steel barrel with a Compass Lake specification chamber and matched bolt for a precision-oriented configuration. The forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers feature a Type III hardcoat anodized finish, while the Pepper-finish laminated wood stock and forend provide a distinctive traditional appearance. An A4 flat-top receiver with optics riser blocks supports the addition of a compatible optic, and the rifle accepts standard AR-15 pattern magazines.
