A: Buds updates prices pretty frequently and my understanding is the prices come directly from their distributors. So if the distributor is looking to move a bunch of rifles they'll drop the price and it reflects here on our end. That a pretty significant drop though. Could have even just been an error. A: Buds does not open new firearm boxes so they cannot ship this to NJ in it's current configuration due to restrictions. Firearms have to leave vendors in "Compliant" condition else they are breaking the law by just shipping it.

A: By law the firearm has to be shipped in the name of and picked up by the purchaser. Firearm rules have gotten much tighter and it doesn't help with all of the different jurisdictional laws between even neighboring locations. This would definitely be a "Red Flag" to the ATF.
