Hopefully, the rifle...
Hopefully, the rifle sent to me is an uncommon and unfortunate example of Windham Weaponry's work. Rifle could not be zero'd, rounds were going over 18" high completely over the 25 and 50 yd targets and backstop with the sight at the end of its adjustment. Customer Service replied quickly, offered to exchange sights but then determined that the problem was elsewhere. The Kriss sights were excellent. CS informed me that every rifle is laser boresighted before shipment. This one evidently skipped that stage of production. The upper was then sent back to WW where they determined that the hand guard was out of spec or bent possibly during shipping. No damage to case or shipping sleeve was noted, it had not been beat up. I now have it back but haven't test fired again to see if WW fixed it. I give WW credit for excellent customer service and a timely turn around but remain somewhat skeptical about the claim made about "The Quality Goes In, Before The Rifle Goes Out".
