The Browning BPS Hunter Engraved is a 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun designed for dependable field use and classic hunting appeal. Its 28-inch vent-rib barrel is chambered for 3 1/2-inch shells and uses the Invector-Plus interchangeable choke system. The forged and machined steel receiver, dual steel action bars, and bottom-ejection design support smooth, reliable operation for both right- and left-handed shooters. A satin walnut stock with checkering provides a secure, comfortable hold, while the blued metal finish and engraved receiver add a refined traditional look. The shotgun includes Full and Modified choke tubes and features a brass bead front sight.

I had been looking at...
I had been looking at getting a bps for a good while and finally when the opportunity came, I jumped on this particular model. I'll have to say I got an awesome deal! This model has been discontinued by Browning but it was still eligible for their summer blast rebate which was a pleasant surprise for me. Also, If some of you out there are hung up on the "made in Japan" stigma, I'd seriously suggest you just shoot one for yourself. It's built like a tank, has one of the glossiest blued finishes I've seen on a gun this price, and it cycles magnum rounds with authority. Best shotgun I've owned so far hands down. Thanks buds once again for making the buying process effortless!
