Received my Charles...
Received my Charles Daly in good order promptly from Bud's. Shotgun comes with 5 chokes and decent choke wrench. Stock is a nice medium brown Turkish walnut, nice figure but not like the one shown. Recoil pad is useless, plan on replacing it. I replaced mine with a Pachmeyer decelerator.Trigger is excellent, ejectors are very positive. The gun is natural pointer. Shot 2 rounds of five stand with it this morning and found I shot better with less effort using the Charles Daly than I would using my side by side or pump guns. These guns use Remington chokes. The receiver is all steel and the mono block is nicely jeweled. Most of the guns in this price range have aluminum receivers with steel reinforcements. I am looking forward to shooting sporting clays next weekend with it. The gun is a great deal if you're looking for an over/under with more features than most of the other brands for around the same price.
