Description
Product Overview
The Chiappa 1887 is a 12 Gauge lever-action shotgun modeled after the classic Model 1887 design. Its 22-inch barrel offers a useful balance of handling and performance for hunting and recreational shooting, while the color case-hardened receiver and walnut stock provide traditional styling. The shotgun is chambered for 2 3/4-inch shotshells and has a 5+1-round capacity. Factory standard models do not include a manual safety, optic-ready system, threaded barrel, or detachable magazines. A front bead sight provides a simple, familiar aiming reference.

The Chiappa 1887 is...
The Chiappa 1887 is fairly high end for a shotgun and my customer was disappointed in the stock to receiver fit to the point he intends to take it to a gunsmith to see if the stock can be worked for a better fit.
