A: I'm with you Steve. Not a single Upland Shotgun on CZ's website is chambered for a maximum less than 3" This could be a typo on the description here on Buds.

A: This particular gun is chambered for 3 inch shells.

A: Sounds like it only takes 2&3/4" inch sheels to me!

A: The CZ Upland Ultralight has a max 3" shell capacity as stated on the CZ USA website. 2 3/4" & 3" shells are a go for the Ultralight. If your planning on shooting a 3 1/2" shell, you should look at another gun.

A: Cz's web site says max 3" so both 2 3/4" and 3" would be acceptable.

A: This only weighs 6 pounds so the recoil will be a little heavier then your typical trap gun, but if that doesn't bother you then yes it would make a fine trap gun. The choke is not fixed, they are interchangeable, and included in the box are 5 Choke Tubes - F,IM,M,IC,C
