Product Overview
The Franchi Instinct L is a classic 12 Gauge over-under hunting shotgun built around an all-steel color case-hardened receiver and blue barrels. Its 28-inch barrels use interchangeable choke tubes, including improved cylinder, modified, and full, allowing hunters to tailor shot patterns for different field conditions. Automatic ejectors assist with quick reloads, while the tang-mounted automatic safety also functions as a barrel selector. The shotgun is finished with an A-Grade satin walnut Prince of Wales stock, cut checkering on the pistol grip and slim forend, and a gold-plated trigger. A red fiber optic front bead provides a bright aiming reference, and the 14.25-inch length of pull supports a natural, comfortable mount.

Purchased this Franchi Instinct L over a year ago for duck and upland hunting. Gun has performed excellently for both waterfowl and upland hunts. Out of all of my shotguns, I shoot the best with the Instinct. It feels and shoots great and everything runs smoothly. Easy to maintain and clean. The only downside is that the gun is too nice to hunt within saltwater conditions. Had to purchase a Stoeger Condor for that. \r \r Buds did a great job delivering this gun to my local gunshop. The price was also a little lower than the suggested retail, which was nice.

This shotgun is very very nice, I held the Instinct SL in the store and was not impressed it was so light it felt cheap to me. The Instinct L was the perfect weight mixed with the nice colored metal, wood, and scrolling. It comes with a nice orange hard case, three chokes, choke tool. and literature. Also the monoblock is jeweled so that is nice and the recoil pas is nice as well. I am super pleased with the shotgun and with Buds!! three days and I was holding it!
