I love this shotgun....
I love this shotgun. It's an excellent all around field gun. Pretty good at everything I have done so far. Clays, turkey, grouse. By no means is it classy, but if you want a shotgun that you can harvest food with at an awesome price, the 930 is for you.

Mossberg 930 would not...
Mossberg 930 would not fire after I assembled it fresh out of the box. The firing pin would not strike the primer on the shotgun shell. I called mossberg at was told that I needed lubricate and clean any factory assembly lube that was used. Mossberg also told me that they were 6-8 weeks out for warranty issues. So I took apart the shotgun and spray lubed the trigger, safety, and bolt. Made sure that there was plenty of lube on the firing pin inside the bolt. Reassembled the gun, and still failure to fire. Decided to tear it apart the second time and disassembled the bolt and removed the firing pin. The firing pin was stuck in the bolt and had some type of pink coating all over it. I scrubbed the pink coating off with brake cleaner. I lubricated the firing pin with ATF and worked it back in forth in the bolt. Reassembled the shotgun, and now it works. This is my fourth 930 I have purchased. Only this one has given me any issues. Kind of disappointing when your brand new gun fails to shoot. Somebody, other than myself that is not capable of repairing the shotgun would've been in a bind just before deer season.
