Great shotgun for trap...
Great shotgun for trap & continental. Extremely accurate and solid. Fit and finish are better than expected, but still shy of an heirloom gun for certain. You get more than you pay for. To really get the most out of this thing, get a couple extended Colonial chokes to tune it for your style of shooting. With an improved modified chokes, this gun is unbeatable. The barrel break action is stiff as are all Baikals, but it gets easier to work right about when you are shooting 25 out of 25. I wish they still made these today!

SAVE your money and...
SAVE your money and don't buy this piece of junk. Yeah the price semes fair, but when you get the gun " brand new" out of the box and it miss-fires because of the firing pin being set back too far it will piss you off just like me. Another thing is this " brand new" shotgun was made June of 05, that's not" new" to me. Lets not forget the recoil pad is a joke its more hard than plastic. Lets do the math here $195+shipping & transfer=$ 223.00 now add in $40 for new pad + $ 23.00 for a new front sight because the factory one is crap and add in another $ 100.00 in repairs and the end result is a OVER PRICED PIECE OF JUNK.

I recieved this gun...
I recieved this gun afew days before dove season and debated whether to try it or not on opening day which was yesterday. I have several other pumps and autos, but I decided to give it a try. Well it will definately make you look at your bird and slow down, kind of like "back to basics" I got my limit first out of all who were there. I definetely love it and it is a gorgeous gun Thanks BUDS and Spartan. JIM
