The Stevens 555 Compact is a lightweight over/under shotgun designed for smaller-framed hunters and sporting shooters. The shotgun combines a light aluminum alloy receiver with Turkish walnut furniture, a single selective mechanical trigger, top tang manual safety, shell extractors, and five interchangeable choke tubes. Great little shotgun....
Great little shotgun. Tight tolerances. Looses up after a cleaning and oil. Will be nice and smooth with time. I am already familiar with this shotgun. It shoots great. My son has been shooting one of these at the junior clay shooting program and loves it. Great for smaller framed kids, he is a 11 and the 20ga Tristar is just a little too heavy for him. This will also be good for the wife to shoot. Fast and hassle free delivery from Bud's as always.
