This is my first shotgun purchase and I bought it solely to go trap/skeet/clay shooting. The gun is pretty. The wood on the one I got is a bit duller looking than in the pictures but its still nice especially for the price. Out of the box it is an incredibly stiff gun. Even after an initial cleaning to remove any factory gunk it was still quite a workout to open/close the action. The ejectors work as expected but combined with the stiffness and a larger open angle, the bottom barrel is annoyingly difficult to load/eject. The bead at the front is a bright red fiber sight and takes a bit of getting used to but works quite well, even against orange birds and even with tinted safety glasses. The gun shoots just fine. I tried out the gun during my very first round of trap (EVER) and shot a 13/25. Not particularly impressive for anyone with experience in the sport but the gun wasn't making it any more difficult for me. It seems a bit heavier than the one other O/U I've shot clays with before (a 20ga Browning I believe) but nothing too crazy.
