Product Overview
The Tristar Setter S/T is a 20 Gauge over-under shotgun built for upland hunting and recreational clay shooting. Its break-action design uses a solid frame, sealed action, self-adjusting locking lugs, and steel monoblock barrel construction for reliable service in the field. The 26-inch barrels feature chrome-lined bores and chambers and are fitted with interchangeable Beretta Mobile style choke tubes in Skeet, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full constrictions. A single selective trigger, extractors, fiber optic front sight, vented top and mid ribs, rubber recoil pad, and top tang safety with barrel selector support practical handling. The Turkish walnut stock and forearm receive a high-gloss finish, while the engraved receiver adds a refined traditional appearance.

Very well balanced, action is a bit stiff as expected with any new firearm, finish is beautiful, about 50 rnds so far and no issues. As far as accuracy I have no complaints, gives others in this price range a run for their money

Tristar generally...
Tristar generally produces well-made guns at a competitive price. This Setter has been returned once under warranty for repair due to the forearm latch failure, as it fell apart while in use. The trigger has had intermittent failure to reset and is likely to be returned to Bud's for repair. My experience with BUD's repair warranty has been excellent with a fast turnaround time. The shotgun handles well and has good balance. A tight fittin receiver takes several hundred rounds to loosen up. Once the bugs are worked out I expect this Tristar to function as well as my other Tristars.
