The Tristar Arms Viper Max is a 12 Gauge gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun configured for hunting and waterfowl applications. Its two-piston system is designed to cycle a broad range of ammunition, using the light-load piston for 2 3/4-inch target loads and the heavy-load piston for larger hunting and waterfowl shells. The spare piston stores inside the forearm for convenient access in the field. A 28-inch chrome-lined barrel accepts the included Beretta and Benelli style choke tubes, with improved cylinder, modified, and full tubes supplied. The shotgun features a five-round magazine, a removable shot plug, magazine cut-off, cross-bolt safety, fiber optic sight, vent rib, swivel studs, and a durable Realtree Max-5 synthetic stock and forearm.
