I ordered this...
I ordered this Winchester SX4 from buds and sent it to my local FFL dealer. Straight out of the box I seen what poor workmanship was on the barrel. I called Winchester and talked to the customer service assistant manager and he said to send this picture that I have provided. Once he received the picture he agreed that it was rougher then he expected and gave me another number to call for the warranty department. I called the warranty department and they want me to send my new shotgun back to them to work on it. (4-6 weeks) I asked if they can send me another barrel and I can send the new one back. He said no, I have to send the gun back for warranty work. I explained that I was going on a snow goose hunt soon and I need the gun and he said clean it good and send it to us when you are done. I emailed back the customer service assistant manager twice and have not heard back.. I am not happy with customer service or the quality of the workmanship in this particular Winchester barrel, let alone send it back for 4 to 6 weeks..
