It features a 26-inch TrueTimber Prairie-finished barrel and stock, a 3 1/2-inch chamber, and a four-round tubular magazine with one additional chambered round. The TruGlo fiber-optic sight provides a bright aiming reference in varied lighting, while the included Invector-Plus choke tubes in Full, Improved Cylinder, and Modified configurations allow shooters to tailor shot patterns to hunting conditions. Bought as a beater...
Bought as a beater dedicated duck gun. After rebate $320 so not much invested Pros: Shoulders well Good recoil pad Camo finish and overall finish is well beyond expectation for the price Like 26" barrel for a duck gun (are you listening Mossberg?) Pump action is very smooth Easy breakdown and cleaning About as inexpensive of a solidly built pump as you can buy Cycles fast Cons As everyone says about this gun trigger is heavy. Running 10 pulls on a trigger gauge low was 5.5lbs and high was 7.5lbs. Cant get aftermarket support for the trigger to lighten trigger pull. In hindsight might have gone Mossberg 500 with the mCarbo trigger spring job Trigger guard is ridiculously big pushing safety far away from the hand as it sits in front of the trigger guard Slide release takes some getting used to. Not bad but different from other pumps If Winchester would shrink the trigger guard and improve the trigger this would be a ridiculous value
