Product Overview
The Beretta 1301 Tactical is a gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun built for law-enforcement, security, and home-defense applications. Its Blink operating system uses a cross-tube gas piston to provide fast, reliable cycling, while the oversized charging handle, large bolt release, and reversible cross-bolt safety support efficient operation under stress or while wearing gloves. The 18.5-inch barrel uses an Optima-Choke HP Improved Cylinder flush choke and is paired with ghost-ring sights featuring an interchangeable front sight. An aircraft-grade aluminum receiver incorporates a MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail for direct optic mounting. The synthetic Flat Dark Earth stock includes spacers for adjustable length of pull, drop, and cast.

The fit and finish of...
The fit and finish of this shotgun is outstanding. I couldn't find one blemish. I do recommend using locktite on the rail and rear sight screws. The oversized controls are very well thought out. Watch the TFB TV YouTube review of this shotgun. Ran through 1100 rounds shotgun at Thunder ranch with only one stoppage. GG&G makes a great +2 extension for this shotgun. Two pounds lighter than the Benelli M4 too! Blink gas system just runs.

Shotgun forend broke...
Shotgun forend broke the very first time it was fired. #7 birdshot was used.\\r\ \\r\ Beretta sent me a black forend because they didn't have any FDE ones. Which is unacceptable for a company of their size selling firearms in this price range. But I accepted because they agreed to send me the correct FDE one soon.\\r\ \\r\ It's been 6 months and they still haven't sent me the correct FDE replacement forend and they haven't replied to emails requesting an ETA on the correct part.\\r\ \\r\ Shotgun patterns good and works with various loads from #7 birdshot to buckshot and slugs.
