The Beretta 1301 Tactical is a gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun configured for law-enforcement, home-defense, and close-quarters use. Its Blink operating system and cross-tube gas piston support rapid cycling, while the compact 18.5-inch barrel improves maneuverability in confined spaces. The aircraft-grade aluminum receiver includes a MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail for adding an optic without modification. Ghost-ring sights, an interchangeable front sight, an oversized charging handle, and a large bolt release support fast handling. The synthetic stock and fore-end use aggressive checkering for a secure grip, and the stock includes spacers for adjusting length of pull, drop, and cast. The barrel uses the OptimaBore HP choke system and includes a flush Improved Cylinder choke.

The Beretta 1301...
The Beretta 1301 Tactical LE shotgun is a great a great shotgun that runs flawlessly. I have ran 600-rounds of 2-3/4 inch and 3-inch 00-Buckshot through it and recoil is quite manageable, thanks to its gas system. I have added a Mesa Tactical stock and it is carried as my duty shotgun. You cannot go wrong with choosing the Beretta 1301.
