A: Hey there user. Well being as it is a bullpup and the action is behind the grip makes it legal. What makes it "NOT" legal is the 29.5" OAL! I guess Jersey requires an OAL of 30". Call BUDS get the actual measurements to see if it reaches that requirement. But the grip is a non issue due to the action being so far back. " If grip protrudes from under action " Where bullpup grip is in front and cheek pretty much sits on action. 30" OAL for bullpup. Hope this helps
