The Iver Johnson HP18 20 Gauge semi-automatic shotgun is built for home-defense use with a compact 18.5-inch smoothbore barrel and a 5+1 capacity. A high-grade alloy receiver helps keep the shotgun lightweight, while the synthetic, checkered forend and rubber buttpad are designed for better handling and reduced felt recoil. For aiming, the shotgun uses a fiber optic front sight and a fully adjustable white dot rear sight with a top Picatinny rail for added flexibility. An externally threaded muzzle with an attached muzzle brake helps manage recoil.
