A: Yes 90-day layaway is available on this gun. For it, you must put 20% down. Here is how. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout as if you are paying for it now. When you get to the payment page there will be a 90-day layaway option. Select that option and Complete the checkout out process. "Once Complete," go to the top of the web page and select "order status." This will bring up your order number and amount which will have three red buttons to the right. Select the first button, "payment." This takes you to the page where you make the 20% minimum down payment with bank funds transfer (routing/account numbers required) or credit card. The Order Is NOT Complete Until The Down Payment Is Made. This means the item is NOT pulled from inventory nor is the price guaranteed until payment is made. After the down payment you may pay at your discretion (using same payment options, steps) as long as you pay in full within 90 days.

A: Yes this gun has a 90 day layaway payment option.

A: Hi Larry, the LOP on the 5 + 1 is the same but a 28" barrel you should be fine with either Model: 31010, All Purpose Gauge: 12 GA Barrel Length: 28" Finish: Blue Action: Pump Capacity: 5+1 Chamber Length: 3" Choke: Modified Sights: Bead Trigger: Standard Stock: Synthetic Length of Pull: 14 ½" Total Length: 47 ¾" Total Weight: 7 lbs

A: Larry the fact that it is a 7+1 gun would have no effect on the forearm placement. it just has more exposed magazine tube in FRONT of the forearm. should be no problem. My guess the review about needing longer arms comes from someone who is sholdering the shotgun "funny" or has little experance with a pump.

A: Length of Paul is the distance from the trigger to the rear of the stock. And it matters because a smaller shorter person would be more comfortable with a shorter LOP.

A: Hi Bayardo, Your 20" Security model has a 7-shot mag tube. The longer field barrels are designed to fit on models with the shorter 5-shot mag tubes. To install a 24" or 28" barrel on yours, you would first need to replace your mag tube with a 5-shot. It's not a difficult swap, but it will be a bit more expensive than just buying a new barrel. Honestly, considering the price of the barrel, tube, and replacement spring, the cost of the conversion might justify simply buying a new Mav88 Field model with your desired barrel length...
